P. A. "Pat" Weidenhamer, 92, of Holland, died Friday, March 17, 1995, in a local nursing home.

Born in Defiance, Ohio, he graduated from St. Mary's College in Dayton. He moved to Holland in 1927, and was employed by the Holland Piston Ring Co., H. J. Heinz Co. and Buss Machine. He owned Wolverine Oil Well Salvage Co., and had been involved in real estate. He was also a past exalted ruler of the Holland Elks Lodge.

His wife, Gertrude, preceded him in death in 1928.

Surviving are his children, Catherine and Bruce Bon Durant of South Bend, Ind., and Paul and Martha Weidenhamer of Holland; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.

Services are 10 a.m. Wednesday at our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, with the Rev. William Duncan officiating. Burial will be in Pilgrim Home Cemetery.

Visiting is 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at Northwood Chapel, Dykstra Funeral Homes, 295 Douglas Ave., with a wake service at 8 p.m.
