Wife of William Grant Holliday
Married Dec 13, 1889 in Caulksville, AR (Logan County)

Mother of Edith R. Holliday Baker; Jake Calvin Holliday; James Wesley Holliday; John Arthur Holliday; Adelia Ann Holliday; Ruby Holliday (?); Lennie Holliday; and Rosetta Fay Holliday Merriman

Buried in Maysville Cemetery, Maysville, AR

I am told that Mary Jane was part Cherokee but I know very little about her so I can't be certain. She was my great-grandmother ( I am descended thru her son Jake Calvin Holliday, my grandfather) but died long before I was born.

Her parents are James Wesley Rodgers (b. abt 1850 in Illinois), don't have a death year or burial info; and Diarty Mooneyham, I have some doubt that this is the correct name; born around 1849 or 1850; they married in 1865 in Washington, Laclede, Missouri. James & Diarty had 2 sons as well: Gilliam Rogers, born Feb 2, 1876 in Arkansas and Grifine (or possibly Griffin) Rogers born in 1878. I have a little info on Gilliam but absolutely none on Grifine.
