A song was dedicated by her principal, Mary Kay Gallagher, at Hannah's celebration of life in the playground at Moraine Elementary school where Hannah attended and was also sung at the first grade musical. It was written by Carmino Ravosa:

"Great oaks from little acorns grow,
Great oaks from little acorns grow.
We want to learn and do and grow up to be just like you,
Cause great oaks from little acorns grow."
