Debra Ann Adams, 62, of Springfield, died at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, April 24, 2016 at Memorial Medical Center. Debbie was born December 26, 1953 in Springfield, the daughter of Alfred "Al" and Eleanor Schmertmann Moscardelli. She married Mark D. Adams on November 12, 1987 in Springfield. Debbie was a 1971 graduate of Springfield High School and was employed in various positions with the State of Illinois for 16 years. She enjoyed sewing and going to garage sales. She was preceded in death by her mother in 2000.
She is survived by her husband, Mark ; three children, Lisa, James, and Michelle, two grandchildren, ; father, Al Moscardelli of Springfield; three siblings, Derrick , Diana and Darlene; two uncles, Frank and Richard and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Burial will follow at Camp Butler National Cemetery.
