Harley W. Bailey, 59, of 1520 Merritt Dr, El Cajon, died Sunday at a hospital. He was a resident here 45 years.
Bailey owned the Flack & Bailey general insurance agency at 965 Fifth Ave., San Diego. He was past chairman of the Christian Businessmen's Committee.
He is survived by his widow, Esther; his mother, Mrs LaVina B. Bailey of San Diego; two sisters including Mrs. Velma Ringstrom of San Diego and Mrs. Hazel Bratcher of La Mesa, and four brothers including Elton S., Harry E. and Byron B., all of San Diego.
Services will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow at Cypress View Mortuary, with entombment in Cypress View Mausoleum.
