The funeral for Grover Cleveland "G.C" Agee, 43, of 71 Odell Road, Ridgeway, will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at McKee-Stone Funeral Services chapel with the Rev. Gary Edwards officiating.

Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery, Ridgeway.

He died March 26, 2005, at his home.

Agee was born July 29, 1961, in Martinsville to Rudy Agee, now deceased, and Betty Feeny Agee of Ridgeway.

He was the co-owner of Agee's Custom Exhaust for more than 20 years and was involved in racing for more than 30 years. He drove the No. 33 modified race car and was named the 1998 "Rookie of the Year" at Ace Speedway.

He was of the Baptist faith.

Surviving, in addition to his mother, are his wife of five years, Tammy Lea Agee of the home; a son, Toby Gage Agee of the home; two brothers, Donnie Agee and Billy Agee, both of Ridgeway; two nephews; and one niece.

The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. today at the funeral home and other times at the home on Odell Road in Ridgeway.
