MRS. L.A. AKERS
Died at her home in Bellwood at 1 o'clock Sunday afternoon. She was born at Martinsburg July 16, 1837, and was united in marriage to Rev. J. Benson Akers May 27, 1874. She united with the Methodist Episcopal church Sept. 9, 1859, and died in that faith. The funeral services will be held at her home on South Second street, Bellwood, at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon. Interment in Logan Valley cemetery. Friends will kindly omit flowers.
