Mary Adams, 60, Rockwood RD 1, went to be with the Lord at her residence Jan. 18, 1997. Born July 4, 1936, in Black Township. Daughter of John M. Hauger of Patriot Manor and the former Hazel (Pletcher) Hauger. Survived by husband of 25 years, Kenneth D. Adams; daughter, Mrs. Calvin (Cindy) Hoover, Rockwood RD 1, Sister of Doris Lindeman, John W. Hauger and Dale M Hauger, all of Rockwood RD 1. Lifelong member of Rockwood Church of the Brethren, where she served as church secretary for 13 years. Retired from Somerset Shirt and Pajama Factory. Friends will be received from 9am to 9pm Monday at the Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home, Rockwood. Funeral service at 11 am Tuesday at Rockwood Church of the Brethren, Rev. Jay Christner officiating. Interment, Union Cemetery, New Centerville. Family suggests memorial contributions to Rockwood Church of the Brethren or In Touch Hospice, 651 S. Center Avenue, Somerset. Mrs. Adams will lie in state at the church one hour prior to service.
