The following information is from a great grandson of John and Anna Adamek. He has research papers from the Czech Archives in Trebon, Czech Republic. These papers show that Anna Uhrova was born 16 Feb 1848 in Chrestovice nr.8, Bohemia. She married Jan AKA John Adamek 16 Jan 1872 in Chrestovice, Bohemia. A manifest from the ship Gutenberg which arrived in the Port of Baltimore in July 1872 shows that during the voyage Anna had a boy child who died and was buried at sea. Anna died 17 Mar 1940 in Ellsworth County, Kansas at the age of 91 years, 7 months and 21 days.
