Sally is survived by her husband, Benjamin H. Adamowski of Mount Prospect; son, Benjamin T. (Kendra) Adamowski of Minnetonka, Minn.; daughter, Mary (David) Gates of Chicago; grandchildren, Shannon, Kevin, Tyler and Daniel; and her sister, Janice Murphy of Palo Alto, Calif.
