Joseph (Joe) Andriolo, a longtime Three Forks resident, died Friday. He was 70. Andriolo was born in Chicago, Ill., and spent his formative years there and in Wisconsin. He moved to Montana, where he married Jennie Verwolf on July 3, 1936, in Bozeman.
The couple moved to Trident, where he was head electrician for Ideal Cement for 42 years.
He retired to his home on the Jefferson River near Three Forks in 1980. He was an active member of the Three Forks senior citizens club.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Norma Jean Andriolo of Helena; two sons, Richard J. Andriolo of Bozeman, and Michael W. Andriolo of Kalispell; a sister, Jennie Ottmann of Denver; 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Monday at 10:30 a.m. in the Holy Family Catholic Church in Three Forks, with the Rev. Bernard Koenig officiating.
A wake service will be Sunday at 7:30 p.m. in the K and L Mortuary Chapel. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Three Forks.
Pallbearers will be grandsons Mike Walbert of Lusk, Wyo., Mike Andriolo of Kalispell, Ron Andriolo of Missoula, Kevin Andriolo of Bozeman, Joe Verwolf of Manhattan and Mike Fior of Three Forks.
Memorials are preferred to the Heart Fund. The K and L Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
