Foley Service: A service for Jason C. Foley will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 1000 N. DuPont Highway, near New Castle, Delaware, where friends may call after 9 a.m..

Mr. Foley, of 16 Constitution Blvd., Jefferson Farms, near New Castle was found dead early Friday in Wilmington Manor Gardens Park. The cause of death was an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound, police said.

For the past two years, he was a foreman and horticultural technician for First State Landscaping, New Castle. Mr. Foley who moved to the area in the early 1980's from Illinois, attended William Penn High School, near New Castle.

Survivors: Parents, Cheryl and Donald Starker with whom he lived; sisters, Heather Foley of New Castle, Brandi Few of Bear, and Michelle Starker at home.

Grandparents are William and Frances Eckel, grandparents also are Francis and Doreen Cashmire and great grandmothers are Ellen Graves, and Irene Eckel all of Pontiac, Illinois. He was preceded in death by a grandfather Wesley Starker and great grandfathers Andrew Eckel and Earl Gordon Graves.
