As a young man he worked at Cobb's Market at NW 16th & Portland Ave. in Oklahoma City. Later if life he purchased this same market and named it Paul's Fine Foods. Still later, he purchased Donna's Hallmark card store, which his wife operated.
He was survived by his wife, Donna Kay (Biggs) Adair, and their two daughters.
