Mary A. "Aggie" Armintrout
91, of Warrensburg, formerly of Illiopolis, died at 10:08 p.m. Tuesday at Decatur Memorial Hospital.
She was born Sept. 4, 1900, in Illiopolis, the daughter of Phillip and Rose Faith Collins. She married George H. Armintrout in 1931 in Illiopolis; he died in 1982. Also preceding her in death were two brothers, Phillip and Mike Collins, and two sisters, Emma Collins and Josephine Streb.
Mrs. Armintrout was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Decatur, and Illini Women's Club of Warrensburg.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. William (Emily J.) Kirkman of Warrensburg; a sister, Margaret Swanson of Niantic; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Decatur. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Illiopolis.
