J. Bernard Adams, of 207 Broad street, Hollidaysburg, died, December 14, 1950, yesterday afternoon at 5.20 o'clock after an extended illness. Mr. Adams was born Jan. 19, 1876, in Duncansville, and was employed at the Twelfth street boiler shops, retiring Oct. 15, 1938.
He was married April 16, 1907, to Anna Shoeman of Roaring Spring. Surviving are his wife, three sisters, Mrs. Mary Konkle and Mrs. Jennie Diehl, both of Altoona, and Mrs. Clara Stiffler of Pittsburgh. One daughter, Betty Elizabeth, died Nov. 19, 1925. She was born in 1908.
He was a member of the Church of God, Hollidaysburg.
Friends will be received at the home after 6 o'clock this evening.
