Dorothy was one of eight children born to Henry Mellin Olivant and Ada Elizabeth Adelaide Mattey on 16th December 1904 at Belfast, Northern Ireland.In 1927 she married Erik Albin Erikson at Liverpool.They had three Children Dorothy, Margaret and Erik.Her Husband Erik,died from a tragic accident by drowning at Southampton Docks in 1944 during World War Two.She never remarried and lived the rest of her life in Liverpool.She died on 12th January 1998.She is burried in the Family plot with her Parents and her Husband Erik.
