James T. Alexander, age 83, R. R. 8, Bobmeyer Road, Hamilton, died of complications at 10 o'clock Tuesday night. Ill several years, he had been bedfast one year.
He was born near Winchester, Ohio in November, 1857. He resided in Lindenwald for 25 years and belonged to the Lindenwald Methodist church.
His wife, Dora Alexander, died in December 1934. He leaves seven sons, Philip, Ralph, Edward, Fred and Bert Alexander, all of Hamilton, Benjamin Alexander, South Carolina, and Clinton Alexander, Darrtown; three daughters, Mrs. Arnold Spurlock and Mrs. Allen Lindsey, both of Hamilton, Mrs. Edward Orth, Portsmouth, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at one o'clock Saturday afternoon in the residence with burial in Greenwood. Friends may all after Friday noon.
