Florence R. "Tot" Andrews, 96, of 610 West Main, Sheffield, Pa., died Tuesday morning, November 18, 2008, peacefully at home.

She was born June 9, 1912, in Donahey, Elk County, PA., daughter of J. Frank and Gertrude Hoover Champion and had lived in Sheffield since 1946. She owned Tot's Dress Shoppe for 6 years and the Forestview Roller Rink for 28 years.

She was a member of the Sheffield United Methodist Church, the Sheffield Senior Center and the drummer for their Kitchen Band for several years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Clark, Dirl and Lawrence "Cunny" Champion; her sisters, Olive Hjelm, Hazel Peterson, Vera Evan and Freda Howard; and her great grandson, Jason Morelli.

Surviving are her husband, Russell Andrews, whom she married in Warren on January 26, 1935, more than 73 years ago; two daughters, Dixie Bross and her husband, Ron, and Carol Waugh; four grandchildren, Rusty Bross and his wife, Kathy, Kate Flatt, Jim Hegerty and his wife, Carrie, and Chad Hegerty and his wife, Jennifer; 10 greatgrandchildren; eight greatgreatgrandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
