Robert Michael Alexander, age 62, of Cabot went to be with his Lord on Thursday, March 5, 2015. He was born February 17, 1953 in Centerville.

He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Tammy Alexander; his daughter, Michelle O'Neal (David), his two sons, Steven Alexander (Nichole Smith), Jacob Alexander; two grandchildren, Colton and Tristyn; in laws, Charles and Mary Jo Wisdom; sister, Kay Burrell and many other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and eight siblings. Robert Michael Alexander had a passion for Walker Hounds and was an avid fox hunter. For years, he participated in field trials, where he won numerous trophies and awards. He was also a United States Air Force veteran.

Visitation was held at 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Sunday, March 8, 2015 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home. Funeral services were held 10:00 a.m. Monday, March 9, 2015 at Pleasant Hills Baptist Church in Cabot. Interment will follow in Rest Hills Memorial Park.
