Funeral services for Prophet Henry MayBelton Adams, 88, will be held 1 PM on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 in the Chapel of Simmons Funeral Home. Evangelist Ethel Wade is officiating. He was the son of the late Belton and May Bell Adams of Rowesville, SC. He was born September 5, 1927.
Prophet Adams attended Mt. Zion AME Church of Creston. Prophet Adams was a sweet, kind, generous and loving soul of a man, with a heart that was always ready to lend a helping hand. He enjoyed gardening in his backyard and was do it yourself master. He was first married to the late Sophia Davis of Moncks Corner, SC and was blessed with eleven children.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters: Carrie Lee Coker and Ebell Tucker; one daughter: Di Johna Adams, Rosa Bell Greene.
