JEAN BENNIN

Mrs. William Bennin, 58, of Route 1, Newton, died Monday morning at home
following a lengthy illness.
The former Jean Burdick was born May 26, 1920, in Sheboygan, a daughter of
Raymond and Olga Kazilek Burdick.
She graduated from Central High School in 1939.
On June 3, 1939, she was married to Mr. Bennin at St. Nazianz.
The couple lived in St. Nazianz for five years before moving to Spring Valley.
She was a member of St. Isidore Catholic Church, Osman, and a member and past
president of its Christian Mother's Society. She also was a member of the
Pigeon Lake Garden Club and a former member of the Spring Valley Homemakers
Club and former instructor for a 4-H knitting class.

A brother precede her in death.
The funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Isidore Catholic
Church, with the Rev. Donald Reimer, pastor, as celebrant. Brief family rites
will precede at 9:45 a.m. at the Meiselwitz Funeral Home, Kiel. Burial will be
in St. Fidelis Cemetery, Town of Meeme.
