my mother had to buy him clothes that could have fit a 3yr.old.To make things easier she would dress my two brothers in matching outfits.Something he found extremely funny when he got older.
My brother was a wild child who eventually grew up to become a paster at his church.Watching him preach made my mother not only proud, but greatful he turned his life around.
My brother was the father of 7 children. When he married my sister-in-law Paula,he adopted her two children and she his.Together they had three beautiful children,(Milagros,Jasmine and Harold J.r).
My brother was funny, caring, and and serious person all rolled into one big guy.We called the human encyclopedia because he could give you any information you needed at the drop of a hat.
Even though he wasnt the eldest,he became a serogate dad when our parents split up.He knew what to say, when to say it,and that was that.We could never go wrong.
He was a big teddy bear even if he was not in the best of moods. He would sometimes sit there while all the kids would climb all over him or the girls would put ponytails in his hair.
He passed away in April of 1994.He was only 43 years old. He is missed terribly everyday by all his loved ones.If you listen closely, you could still hear his big belly laugh.
