Harold L. Bethel, Age 84, of Riviera Beach passed away April 16, 2005. Born in Tampa, Florida he resided in Westerly, Rhode Island before moving to South Florida in 1986. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was a member of St. Ignatius Loyola Cathedral and served as an usher. He worked as a ship fitter for General Dynamics for 45 years. He is survived by his wife Marie Anita Bethel, a son Keith Bethel and wife Rachel of Westerly, Rhode Island , a step daughter Elaine Pressley of North Carolina, sister-in-law Barbara Morenzoni and husband Eddie, four granddaughters, two stepgranddaughters, six great grandchildren, and four great great grandchildren and a niece Cindy Alfiro and husband David, and a host of other loving relatives and friends. Viewing will be on Thursday, April 21 from 4-7 p.m. at the Thomas L. Price Funeral Home. Mass of the Resurrection will be Friday, 10 AM at St. Ignatius Loyola Cathedral, interment to follow at Royal Palm Memorial Gardens.
