Lois died before Greenwood Cemetery was opened. Her marker is the only indication of her presence there. The fact that it starts "In Memory of" may suggest that it is a cenotaph, and that Lois was not actually moved to Greenwood after it was opened.

Information on Lois' marker suggests that she was born about 1805.

Lois died before the 1850 US census. She does not appear in earlier censuses, suggesting that she was not the head of a household. However, the name Riley Robinson appears in both the 1820 and the 1830 US censuses. In the 1820 census, a Riley Robinson is shown in USA. NY, Niagara, Cambria, as the head of a household consisting of one man, aged 16-25, and one woman, aged 45+. This suggests that this Riley was born in or between 1795 and 1804. This would put Riley in the correct age range to have married Lois. One guess would be that the older woman was his widowed mother. In the 1830 census, a Riley Robinson is shown in USA, NY, Niagara, Wilson, as the head of a household consisting of one man, aged 30-39, and one woman, aged 20-29. The age ranges used in this census suggest that Riley was born in or between 1791 and 1800. Combining the two censuses, it appears that Riley was born in or between 1795 and 1800. The woman's age suggests that she was born in or between 1801-1810, which includes 1805, Lois' possible birth year. Riley has not been positively identified in other censuses.

Lois' marker is located between the families of Jonas W Brown, the owner of Section B, Lot 29, and Calvin and Samantha Pratt and Samantha's parents, David and Nancy Mather. David is shown in Greenwood Cemetery records as the owner of Section B, Lot 27, which adjoins Lot 29. It appears possible that Lois is related to David, Nancy, and Samantha.
