My great-grandfather was born in the 1890s. He had at least a sister: Helene.
He wore a head injury from World War I throughout his life.
In the 1910s he married Marie Tauer. They become parents of three boys: Werner, Erich & Rudolf.
Franz and his wife worked for the postal service.
In the 1960s both of my great-grandparents sufferd a stroke and needing care.
He died about 1971.
