Mrs. R. D. Adams Passes Away

The residents of the Clear Creek and the surrounding communities were saddened when the news reached them that Mrs. R. D. Adams had passed away in Loup City last Saturday, September 5, 1936. Mrs. Adams was born in the state of Minnesota in 1866. She was married to Mr. Adams in 1885. When first coming to Nebraska they located at Rising City and in 1906 they moved to the fine Clear Creek valley farm where they have lived during the last thirty years. To this union twelve children were born. Mr. and Mrs. Adams celebrated their Golden Weddind anniversary in March, 1935. Dhe leaves to mourn her passing her husband and nine children, three children having preceded her in death.
Funeral services were conducted from the Methodist church at Loup City on Monday afternoon and the...
