Funeral services were held Monday, February 27, at the Mattson Funeral Home for Hjalmer M. Arneson, 64, of Forest Lake. Mr. Arneson passed away Thursday, February 23, at the home of a daughter in Forest Lake after a lengthy illness. The Rev. Frank A. Johnson of Faith Lutheran church officiated at the services at 11 a.m. Interment was in the Scandinavian cemetery. Mr. Arneson is survived by his wife Thora and a daughter. He is also survived by a sister and a brother.
