This memorial is dedicated to my second great Grandfather James Biggs. He was the son of William Biggs Jr and unknown Milberry. He was born on November 15, 1801, in Martin County, North Carolina and died February 26, 1894, in Graves County, Kentucky.
He married as his first wife Nellie Allbritton about 1836 possibly in North Carolina.
In about 1842 James and family moved to Graves County, Kentucky.
James and Nellie were the parents of five children:
William Biggs
Martha Lucinda Biggs
Jesse Biggs
Adam Albritton Biggs
Susan Biggs
Nellie died about 1845 in Graves County, Kentucky

James married as his second wife Nancy Cross about 1849, possibly Kentucky.
They were the parents of
John Biggs
Catherine Biggs
Thomas Jefferson Biggs
