Mary "Polly" Whaley was born in 1843 in Sevier County, Tennessee. Mary was the daughter of John H. "Bullhead" Whaley and Mourning Ownbey-Whaley

Mary "Polly" Whaley married Isaac B. "Bee" Ogle in Sevier County, Tennessee on Aug 21,1865. Isacc was son of James Ogle and Rachel "Huskey" Ogle

Mary and Isaac Ogle had the following Children:

1. John Commodore "Dore" Ogle
2. Sarah Isophine Ogle
3. Pinkney Leander Ogle
4. Eliza Ogle

After Isaac's death.

Mary "Polly" Whaley married William Mark "Bill" Cole in Sevier County, Tennessee on July 25, 1880. William was the son of John Pinkney Cole and Lucy Parker-Cole

Mary and William Cole had the following children:

1. Alice Cole
2. Rhoda Anner Cole
3. Minnie Cole

Mary "Polly" Whaley-Ogle-Cole died between 1889/1890 in Sevier County, Tennessee. She is buried at Forks of the River Cemetery, Sevier County, Tennessee
