I have one birth date as 21 Mar 1766, Fincastle county, Virginia (now, Tazewell county), death date, 1839, with the estimated marriage from 1788- 1790, Tazewell county (The Davidson Family Genealogy, by Harbaugh, bible records given by Lucien Ferguson to Eunice Perkins). There are varying dates from varying sources, of course. Another history gives her birthdate as 1776 and death date of 1837, marriage estimated as 1793. The volume Samuel and Mary Jameson Ferguson , Chapter 4, gives her birthdate as c. 1776 and death at 1850, with the notation the dates were given by Bailey researchers.
The sources agree with her death place as Rock, whichever date they cite. Compilations of the Bailey family history from published research of members of the family, the Walker, Davidson, and Ferguson families, various other historians, MUCH searching of vital records & comparing of lists of names/dates, Mercer county records, Tazewell county records, The Library of Virginia, histories, geographical data, transcriptions/photographs of Find a Grave members, census records, obituaries, the West Virginia Division of Culture and History, the West Virginia University libraries, New River Notes, and contributions made by members and relatives.

The frequent border changes of the varying counties, as (what is now) Mercer county evolved, are the reason several county names can be on records of individuals living at that time. The burning of courthouses added to the gaps in histories and the burning of Princeton may have completely destroyed family records held in private homes as well. I believe some of the records that people have not been able to find were lost in the Giles courthouse fire.
Most sources state "no record" for the dates for Isabel or her mother.
The marriage bond of the first Richard & Elizabeth Belcher were burned in the Dale Parish records in the home of a clergyman (per the research of Mary Ellen Howe).
Abstracts have been used for decades in the writings of these histories.

These, the sons of John Peters, the brother of Christian Peters and Margaret Peters Walker.
Margaret Bailey Mooney was buried in Kansas
(but died in Missouri), according to some sources.
She supposedly was interred near the home of her son Ferdinand/Fernando Mooney.
