CALLA ROSE THORNOCK
GRANGER—Funeral Services for Calla Rose Thornock were conducted Tuesday, May 8, at the LDS Church in Manila. Bishop Jim Briggs conducted the services. Interment was in the Manila Cemetery.
Mrs. Thornock, 57, of No. 11 Blumell Ranch Road, Granger, died at about 10:20 p.m. Wednesday, May 2, 1990 at her home.
A resident of Granger of the past eight years and former resident of Green River and Manila, Mrs. Thornock died suddenly from natural causes.
She was born in Manila, Utah, Dec. 23, 1932 the daughter of the late Mark and Edith Clawson Anson. She attended schools in Manila and married Howard C. Bame in Vernal, Utah, Aug. 28, 1960. He preceded her in death Oct. 15, 1985. She later married Thomas Thornock in Manila, March 12, 1988. Mrs. Thornock was a member of the LDS Church.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas Thornock of Granger; two sons, Dale Bame of Green River and Denis Bame of Granger; two brothers, Lloyd Searle of Anaheim, Calif., and Thomas Anson of Greenwood, Ind.; three sisters, Norma Nelson of St. George, Utah, Judy Fox and Garnett Twitchell, both of Renton, Wash.; five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews
