Adeena Landreth Ervin, 72 went to be with the Lord on Friday, September 11, 2015 at her daughter's home in St. Petersburg. She was born in Soddy Daisy, TN.
She then moved to St. Petersburg where she met and married her husband, David Edward Ervin, Sr. in 1959. They moved to Brooksville in 1969, and from there to Floral City in 2001. She was a very active member with Northside Church of Christ in Brooksville; doing bulletin boards, preparing communion, hosting exchange students in her home and having cottage Bible meetings in her home.
She is predeceased by her parents, Robert Clinton Landreth and Ruby Fritts Gann; husband, David Edward Ervin, Sr.; son, David Edward Ervin, Jr., and sister Dorene Childs.
Adeena is survived by her daughter, Cheri Ervin Suggs (David); 5 grandchildren, Joseph, Natasha, Kyle, Nicole and Caitlyn; step-grandaughter, Jessica Suggs Thomas (Eric); sisters, Ann Jeffcoat and Diane Pena'; brother, Bobby Landreth, and many nieces, nephews, loving family and friends.
A Visitation will be held on Friday from 12-2 p.m. Burial will follow at Lake Lindsey Cemetery
