The funeral of Henry Bauer, who died in Godfrey, was held this afternoon at 1 o'clock from the Evangelical church at Brighton. A large number of friends and relatives of Mr. Bauer from Alton took the 10 a.m. train to Brighton to attend the funeral. Burial was in the Brighton cemetery.
