Solomon A. Acy, 83, was a retired Exxon USA machinist supervisor.

He is survived by two sisters, Mae Amedee, St. Amant, and Bertha Thomas, Cleveland, Ohio; nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Emma Miller Acy; parents, John P. and Bertha Barman Acy; a son, Solomon B. Acy; and two brothers, Thomas J. and John S. Acy.
