MULLINS - Thomas G. Adams, 83, native of Stuart, Va., died at his home on Route 2, Florence, Sunday night. A farmer, he had been in declining health for a year.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 o'clock Tuesday morning from the Bayboro Baptist Church, Horry County, by the Rev. Percy B. Upchurch. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Mr. Adams, who had made his home in Horry and Florence counties for the past 35 years, is survived by his widow, the former Victoria Elizabeth Richardson; one son, Tom Franklin Adams of the home; one adopted daughter, Mrs. J. A. Tucker of Mullins; one grandson; and one sister, Mrs. Ruth Richardson of Winston-Salem, N.C.
