She was born July 19, 1961, in Conway, SC, a daughter of the late Davis Marshall and Gladys McDaniel Chestnut. She was pre-deceased by four siblings, Hal Chestnut, Gertie C. Wilder, Lloyd Chestnut, and Shirley R. Hawthorne.
She was a EMT with Horry County Fire/Rescue.
Surviving includes her husband, Donald “Don” W. Adams, her son, Joshua Adams, her mother-in-law, Dorothy Adams, her siblings, Lottie C. McElhaney, Nadine R. Jones (Paul), Olin Richardson (Betty), Wendell Chestnut (Carol), Sarah C. Percival (Bill) and Gloria C. Zwack (John).
A Memorial Service will be held at 7:30 PM, Friday, April 29, 2016, at McMillan-Small Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends following the service Myrtle Beach Moose Lodge, 479 Burcale Road, Myrtle Beach, SC .
