On August 7, 1954 he married Norma Garner in Hernando, Mississippi. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years: Norma (Garner) Adams, sons: Donald E.(Gina) Adams of Davenport, WA and Tim L. (Lisa) Adams of Oklahoma City, OK, daughters: Connie(Ron) Williams of Danville, PA, Charlotte (Mike) Anderson of Pevely, MO and Teresa (Keith) Roberds of Festus, MO, 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, brothers: Lee (Betty) Adams of Carbondale, IL, Paul (Millie) Adams of McKinney, TX and Gary (Ellen) Adams of Blue Springs, MO, sisters: Valerie Ross of Greenfield, IL, Faye (Buck) Sifford of Choctaw, OK and Judy (Randy) Bess of Dexter, MO. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother: Bob Adams.
He was a retired auto body mechanic for Dave Sinclair Ford. He was a United States Army veteran. He enjoyed fishing and hunting.
