Arlen Dale Colbert, 74, of Albion, Illinois passed away at 3:46 p.m., Monday, June 17, 2013 at St. Anthony's Hospital in Effingham, Illinois.

He was born November 14, 1938 in Albion. Parents were James A. Colbert and Rowena Smith Colbert. He married Sue Colbert of Albion on October 2, 1959 in Albion. He worked in Maintenance at Champion Laboratories and was a member of the Moose Lodge.

He is survived by wife Sue Colbert, son Bill D. Colbert (Sheila) of Albion, daughter Dina Colbert of West Salem, brother Jack Colbert (Tammy) of Albion, four grandchildren: Logan Colbert, Savanah Giese, Mariah Charles, and Alex Weedon, and one great-grandaughter, Ava Giese. He was preceded in death by his parents James and Rowena Colbert, brothers Ronnie and Larry, and sisters Karen Hayes and Sandra Thompson.

Funeral services at Nale's Funeral Home in Albion. Burial in Graceland Cemetery.
