Funeral services for Nicholas Bahorsky were held Friday (Oct. 18) from Our Lady of Victory Basilica for Nicholas "Pop" Bahorsky, 85, of Hamburg, who died Monday, October 11, 2002.

Husband of the late Isabelle Bahorsky, he is survived by his sisters, Anne (late Richard) Beasley and Sophie (late Alfred) Malke. He was predeceased by his brothers, Michael and Stephen Bahorsky; and sister, Mary (late John) Doyle. He was the owner of Pop and Matt's Tavern in Lackawanna. He was a member of the VFW Col. Weber Post No. 898, American Legion Matthew Glab Post No. 1477 and the Knights of Columbus Father Baker Council No. 2243.

Burial was at Holy Cross Cemetery and arrangements were made through the John J. Kaczor Funeral Home.
