Funeral services for Mrs. Ima Doyle will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 22, 2006 in the Gospel Lighthouse United Pentecostal Church, Oakdale with Reverends James Vandergriff, Carroll Bushnell, and Terry Witt officiating. Interment will follow in Occupy # 1 Cemetery, Pitkin under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Oakdale.

Mrs. Doyle, 86, of Oakdale entered eternal rest on Saturday, February 18, 2006 in Allen Oaks Nursing Home.

She was preceded in death by her husbands; Frank Doyle, father of her children, Riley Doyle and Harmon Jordan; one daughter, Eveleen Wathen; her parents; four grandchildren; three brothers, and three sisters.

Survivors include two sons, Elmo Doyle of Oakdale and Delmo Doyle of Pine Prairie; eight daughters, Elsie Welch, Ella Welch, both of Oakdale, Sylvia Doyle of Olathe, Kansas, Gloria Edenfield, Cynthia Ann Perkins, Edith Kay Piper, Morna Block and Grace Welch, all of Oakdale; one sister, Lottie Maricle of New Iberia; twenty-seven grandchildren; thirty-nine great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Honored to serve as pallbearers will be Randy Welch, Andy Welch, Keith Welch, Kyle Edenfield, Derek Perkins, and Trent Doyle.

Honorary Pallbearers will be her ten children.

Friends may call at Rush Funeral Home, Oakdale - Downtown Location from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. on Tuesday, February 21, 2006 and at Gospel Lighthouse United Pentecostal Church from 8 a.m. until time of service on Wednesday, February 22, 2006.
