Funeral services for George Carlton Alexander Sr., 57, of Goshen, Ind., were held Tuesday, May 20, at Akins Funeral Home Chapel with Carl Gilbert officiating. Burial was in Knights of Pythias Cemetery.
Alexander died Saturday, May 17 at Goshen Hospital, Goshen, Ind. He was a native of Georgia and was a WWII veteran.
Survivors include two sons, Carlton Alexander, Samuel Alexander, both of Russellville; one brother, R.E. Alexander, East Point, Ga.; three grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Louie Ezzell, Howard Morrow, Cherry Smith, Ruel Seay, Carl Kirkpatrick, and Tulen Hellums.
