Arriving in Vietnam Ronald was assigned to H & S Company, 3rd Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division. While the battalion was participating in
Operation Double Eagle, Ronald was shot by another Marine and his death was ruled as Accidental Homicide.
Tour of duty unknown.
