Real name Judge Cecil Holt.

Two speedway drivers were killed within a 15-minute period at the Winchester, Indiana speedway.
The well-known drivers—Cecil Green. 31, of Houston, Tex_ and Bill Mackey of Indianapolis were killed when their roaring, ground-eating racers went out of control at the Funk Speedway near Winchester, Ind.
First to die was Green whose Offenhauser sprint car spun as he hit the steep southwest banked curve. The car crashed through a two-foot guard rail, turning as it plunged down a 25-foot embankment. Within 15 minutes, Mackey zoomed toward the same curve. His car went into a sudden spin, smashed the guard rail and went down the embankment. Later,a track official said Mackeys racer left skid marks less than six inches from those made by Green's ill-fated car.
There is no burial card for a Cecil Green, hence the hard time locating him. The cemetery looked up the old burials of 08/02/1951 and found him that way. The name Judge Cecil Holt with the name Cecil Green in parenthesis was on his burial record.
