Paul was a proud 5th generation Californian. He grew up in the small town of Loma Rica on an olive ranch where his father farmed. He received his grammer school educatuion in a two room school house there. As he entered high school, his family moved to Marysville, CA. where he attended high school. Shortly after, he joined the U.S. Army and was stationed in GA. and Germany. He later graduated from San Jose State University and worked as a history teacher, social worker and finally spent most of his career in the supervising probation officer in Sutter Co., CA.
He married Mary Perkins in 1961. They had 45 years together until his death.
He is survived by his wife, mother, sister, daughter and son in law, son and daughter in law, 5 grandchildren and many good friends. He was deeply grateful for his time on earth.
