Tommy is the son of the late, Dennis Breece and the late Joan Smires. He had a wonderful Step-mother, Hassie Thorkelson who passed in 2004. He is survived by his children, Glenn and Joanne Breece Garret of Rockford,Il. and Jessica Breece of Poplar Bluff,Mo. A brother, Louis Breece of Datto, Arkansas also survives.
He is predeceased by a brother Dennis Jr. Breece and a sister Sue Leiber of Il.
