The son of Paul W. and Matie J.(Wilson) Pelfrey, and father of J. Michael Reed of Logan, OH. Also survived by sister Karla S. (Foster) and her children, Devon E. and J. Trent Foster, half sisters Paula and Sandy Pelfrey and their children, Bobbie Jo, Andrea and Nicholas. Preceded in death by Maternal Grandmother, Nannie P McDannald, Paternal Grandmother, Verna Smith, and niece Tonya Chester. Jeff was employed as an owner/operator by Hunt Transportation in Omaha, NB. He was a talented guitarist as well as a great lover of The Blues. Jeff's service was held August 18,1999 with clergy man John Burchett.
