Don attended First Baptist Church and was a veteran of the United States Army. Don worked at Colonial Gardens as a horticulturalist and enjoyed plants and gardening.
He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Diana (Courtney) Buehler of Evansville, daughter, Shannon Eagleson (Jerrod) of Newburgh, son, Michael Buehler (Jennifer) of Newburgh, mother, Lorena Buehler of Evansville, father in law, Thomas Courtney of Evansville and grandchildren, Ryan and Jason Eagleson and Kylie Buehler.
He was preceded in death by his father, Byron Buehler in May 2009.
