Michelle passed away after a brave battle with breast cancer. She was the beloved wife of Jayson Childers and devoted mother of Brennan (4), Keegan (3) and Duncan (22 months) and step-daughter Kelsi. She is survived by many other beloved relatives and friends.
Michelle graduated from Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic School in Waterford in 1982. She then attended Hope College, received her Bachelor's Degree from Wayne State University and her Master's Degree from Oakland University.
Michelle served as a missionary in Mexico and Alaska. She was also a U.S. Army vet.
