Ernest was an Army veteran, a retiree of the State Comptrollers and former Austin Firefighter. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Jack and Pick Bouchard of Austin. He is survived by his wife Billye Martin Bouchard, sister Tillie (Virgil) Wright of Corpus Christi, daughter Linda (Jack) Spears of Round Rock, son Ernie Bill, three grandchildren: Brandy, Cody and Jason, and two great-grandchildren Tait and Tanner. Graveside services Saturday, March 21.
