He was born on December 5, 1969 at Jackson Hole, Wyoming, the son of Mickey R. and Christine (Bowen) Eynon. The family moved to Oregon when he was six months old. He attended school in Redmond, OR through his sophomore year in high school. He moved to Garden City, SD and went to Clark High School his junior year. After completing that year, he moved back to Oregon and lived with his Father and graduated from high school in Newport, Oregon. He then attended college in Monmouth, Oregon,Mount Marty – Watertown campus and later at Black Hills State College in Spearfish. In the spring of 1992 he returned to Oregon and attended Patrick's Firefighting School at Redmond. Later that year he went work for the US Forest Service as a Fire Fighter in Boise, Idaho. On September 28, 1992 he was injured in a near fatal accident in Garden City, ID.

Following that accident he spent time in Idaho before moving to a care facility in Red Wing, MN where he resided for some six years. Stacy then became a resident of the Clark Cark Center – Beverly Healthcare at Clark where he also lived for six years. He has spent the last year in the Deuel County God Samaritan Center at Clear Lake. Some of the things he enjoyed while living in the care facilities included going to the movies, watching TV, going to Potato Days in Clark, especially watching the mashed potato wrestling, wishing he were the one wrestling.

He will long be remembered for being a "free spirit", "living on the edge" type of guy who loved music, rock climbing, rugby, wrestling and surfing. Stacy participated in the Watertown Mall, Spring Fashion Model Show several years ago. He was also very tender hearted, not understanding how people could go hunting for a sport.

Grateful for having shared in his life are his parents, Chris and Keith Harding of Garden City and Mickey and Marsha Eynon of Redmond, OR, grandparents, Glen Harding of Garden City, Diana and Dean Strand of Surprise, AZ and Edwin Grayson of Idaho Falls, ID; his children, Gene Wilson of Henry, SD and Tiana Garmon of Loysville, PA and 8 siblings, Ronda and Mark Talso of Bay City, OR, Joseph and Tami Kalani of La Centre, WA, Kathy Herringer and friend Scott of Redmond,OR Travis and Arnell Eynon of Umatilla, OR, Pat and Julie Harding of Schertz, TX, Robyn and Rod Klucas of Watertown, Keith Harding, Jr. and friend Brenda of Mechanixville, VA and Ken and Christelle Harding of Mt.
